Lambs Farm celebrates milestone with special event
Libertyville, IL - Lambs Farm, a nonprofit dedicated to helping adults with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives is celebrating 60 amazing years of service with a special 60th Anniversary on the Farm event on Saturday, September 18 and Sunday, September 19 from 10am until 4pm.
The weekend-long event, held at the Lambs Farm campus, will feature barrel train rides provided by the Lake County Farm Heritage Association, fall crafts, inflatables, a lucky draw raffle, tractors, music from 60s tribute band The Rockets and a live DJ, Farmyard fun and a vendor showcase. Admission is $15 for children and $8 for adults. Farmyard entry and activities are included.
For an additional fee, guests can sign up to paint a portrait of our beloved camel, Joseph, with the help of professional artists from Art Rave on Sunday, September 19 at 12:00pm.
